Steve was absolutely fantastic! He listed and sold our home in 11 hours and our sales price was much higher than the same houses in our neighborhood had recently sold for!! He is very professional, honest, and easy to work with. Steve is also helping us purchase a new home and has done and excellent job with that too.

I have known Steve for over 15 years. From the time that I met him, I knew he was/is someone who is honest, dependable, trustworthy, friendly and as professional as you can get. He was my Realtor with the purchase of my first home. I would not have chosen anyone else because I know Steve to be thorough and up-front about what his observations of the market at any given time. His top priority is CERTAINLY customer satisfaction and he highlights this with his honesty and promptness as well. If I asked Steve a question via email about my Listing, he would answer within minutes. As a client I appreciate these attributes because when I am ready to put my first home up for Sale or make another purchase, I will rely on Steve to handle all of the transactions necessary because I am so impressed by his performance. As a Seller or Purchaser, you cannot go wrong when electing Steve as your Realtor.
Steve is a great realtor, he answer all of our questions, solved all the problems, we are very lucky to choose him as the agent. He also helped us negotiate the price of the house. Usually, the buyer's agent and buyers are conflict of interest, they will ask you to pay high for the house because it is easier to complete the transaction and they can get more commission, this kind of things didn't happen in steve. we ended up paying around 25k below the market price. We are very happy.

Angie was a fantastic realtor. I was an out of town seller, and I couldn't have done it without her. She was so kind, so helpful, and willing to do the research to answer questions I had. Angie always had a fantastic attitude even when things got challenging. I could always tell that she had my best interest at heart. She went above and beyond to handle and coordinate everything, including multiple repair and utility appointments. She helped me receive a higher than listing offer, and outside of the repairs, we closed very fast. I would absolutely use Angie again as my realtor in and around Las Vegas.

Steve is a one of a kind real estate agent that works tooth and nail to get you exactly what you are looking for. When the Vegas market was booming in 2021, he took an overnight shift for us without question for a new home build so we could get the right lot and function in the morning picking out all our structural designs. He’s incredibly knowledgeable in Vegas and easy to get a hold of when we needed him. I highly recommend him to anyone.
